ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED Please submit the following with this application to the address below: An essay consisting of no less than 500 words. The essay should describe your career goals and the plans you have for reaching your goals. Also, state why you are applying for this scholarship. Have three letters of recommendation sent to the scholarship committee by persons who know your capabilities. Do not use relatives.
